Notes - Vermentino di Sardegna DOC 100%. Straw coloured with brilliant greenish notes. An intense persistent floral and vegetable perfume with note of thyme and balsamic. The palate has vegetable notes with good depth and balance and a long persistent aftertaste. Suggestions for use - Seafood dishes in general, fish with delicate flesh and even seasoned with a light sauce, soups and broths which are not overly seasoned.
