Qi White Tea Liqueur

Notes - Qi Liqueurs are made by Lance Winter of St George's Spirits and Hanger One Vodka fame and are just a little bit different! Qi Spirits was founded to update the ancient tradition of herbal liqueurs to embrace tea, using Old-World craft-distilling techniques and a modern premium-spirit sensibility. Qi Spirits’ mission is to produce the world’s finest artisan tea spirits. Qi (chee) means life force, or the energy in all things. The founders spent three years tasting through hundreds of herbs, spices and flowers before finally arriving at the exotic flavor profile of Qi Tea Liqueur. Qi is hand-made in small batches with the finest whole ingredients for authentic flavour, balance, and astonishing quality. Qi White, is a handcrafted liqueur made from a selection of exotic oranges, herbs and spices, and the delicate new buds of white tea, a rare and prized tea with sweet and earthy overtones. The nose is orange blossom and grapefruit. On the palate, the open is vibrant orange, developing through bergamot, clove and ginger notes on a backbone of soft, white tea tannins. The finish is crisp and clear. Bright citrus makes Qi White ideal for reinvigorating classic cocktails like Margaritas, Sidecars, and Cosmos, and for envisioning exciting new creations. Qi White has less sugar (honey in this case) than most orange liqueurs, which gives bartenders greater control over the sweetness of their cocktails, and also makes Qi White a lovely sipping drink neat, over ice, or with a splash of soda.
