Domaines Ott Les Domaniers de Puits Mouret Rouge

Wine information: Les Domaniers Rouge from Domaine Ott is a 50% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 20% Cinsault and 10% Mourvedre blend. Les Domaniers wines are made using traditional vinification methods and are always estate-bottled. It is garnet red in colour. The nose is quite pungent with notes of liquorice, blackberries and blackcurrants. The palate is silky and quite concentrated with well-integrated tannins and a liquorice / vegetal finish. An enjoyable red wine, suave and structured, the ideal accompaniment to meats, grilled lamb, stuffed vegetables, game and poultry.
