Notes - The Terre D'Oliviers is made from grapes havested form areas that were traditionally used for olive-growing. It is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc and is a full-bodied wine with fine tannins. On the nose there are aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, billberry and also hints of sweet pepper, spices and liquorice. It is very velvety in the mouth with fairly soft tannins for a wine of this age. Try with roast duck or grilled beef steaks.
