Torres Riesling Vendimia Tardia

Notes - The grapes for this Late Harvest Riesling have been left to over-ripen on the vine during which the noble rot Botrytis has a raisining and ennobling effect. After careful, temperature controlled fermentation, it is aged in new French oak barrels for 9 months. Attractive old-gold colour, with an elegant and spirituous aroma. Dense and intriguing on the palate with a myriad of flavours reminiscent of honey, flowers spices.
