De Bortoli Old Boys 21 year old barrel aged

Notes - De Bortoli Wines has an extensive collection of very old fortified wine stocks maturing in barrel. The winemakers draw on these stocks to blend Old Boys Tawny which is a 21 year old tawny port-style barrel aged wine. The Old Boys has an intense, deep chocolate brown colour. On the nose it has intense tawny characteristics with complex mocha and rancio aromas. Old Boys possesses attractive, nutty rancio notes on the palate, wonderful aged complexity and a firm, drying finish.Enjoy with aged cheeses or fruit based desserts or simply by itself.
