Notes - Nebbiolo 100% from vineyards in the areas of Barbaresco, Treiso and Neive. Origins go back to the Tortonian - Messinian era. Rich in calcareous clay and in magnesium, manganese and zinc. This soil, made of very small particles which tend to form layers, is highly erosive (Siltuos Marl). Garnet colour with good intensity. On the nose, deep and complex with hints of liquorice. On the palate, full and velvety with a long finish. Due to its structure and characteristics, it is a perfect match for meat dishes and cheeses.
