Nepenthe Sauvignon Blanc

Tasting Notes - Typical Sauvignon Blanc features of intense aromas that are reminiscent of tropical fruits (passion fruit, pineapple, lychee, guava…); florals (musk, roses…) and ‘things herbal’ (grass, capsicums or peppers, leaves). The palate should mirror the nose, and be dry yet have fullness of flavour that lingers and echoes, with balanced acidity and alcohol.
