Terrazas Afincado Malbec

Notes - Terrazas Afincado Malbec Las Compuertas Vineyard is an intense and dark, velvety violet red. On the nose it is highly expressive and boldly complex, the evocotive bouquet delivers a blend of black cherries, plums, raisins and violets. It also has distinguished aromas of dry fruit and preserves, as well as toasted vanilla and caramel from the French oak. On the palate it has impressive structure and body, with mature and powerful tannins. It is highly concentrated with a complex and well-rounded character, aromatic notes fill the mouth and persist wonderfully, making for an elegant wine which is drinking well now but has the potential to be laid down for over 20 years.
