Sauternes AC

Notes - This wine has a fine, deep golden colour and a seductive nose which opens pleasantly on a range of aromas in which honey, acacia blossom and tropical fruit are particularly prominent. Full, round and smooth on the palate, it displays perfect balance between floral refinement, a touch of citrus crispness and the density of rich, ripe fruit, revealing attractively concentrated flavours. All the power, substance and distinction of the wine are in evidence on a long, lingering finish in the best tradition of the great sweet wines of Sauternes. Try with fruit or cream based dessert or blue cheeses, or serve as an aperitif.
