Belvedere Pure Vodka

Notes - Belvedere Vodka is distilled from 100% Dan´kowskie Gold Rye, which has only been successfully harvested in Poland. Belvedere Vodka is distilled four times, the optimum number for achieving its unique flavour profile - three distillations leave minor imperfections, five distillations strip away delicious flavour notes. Polmos Zyrardów uses a proprietary water purification system that relies on reverse osmosis; blended spirit and water are distilled through custom-made charcoal and mechanical filters. The ultimate difference is the skill, experience and attention to detail of the Zyrardów team. The nose has a a fainnt hint of vanilla along with some gentle, soft cream characteristics. The palate is full and round with a medium bodied weight and rich, velvety texture. There is some vanilla swaying between sweet and savoury with a hint of white pepper and spice. Good length with notes of almond, clotted cream and some faint almond and brazil nut characteristics.
