Notes - Clear, yellow appearance with green flecks and a subtle fruit and mineral nose. There are spicy notes with peach and melon flavours on the palate. It is an excellent aperitif and is the perfect partner to fruits de mer, fish, salads with light dressings and goat's cheese.
