Notes - The Domain Chateau Fortia, is one of the oldest of Chateauneuf du Pape. The red CNP is produced from grenache, syrah, mourvèdre and counoise. It has a good red colour, mostly crimson fringed with violet. It has rich, complex aromas with prominent scents of prune and blackcurrant. Full-bodied in the mouth, this wine can be drunk early or will easily last 5 - 8 years if laid down. , they have the possibility to be kept for several years or drunk soon after bottling. Goes well with roasts, grills, red meats, game and cheeses.
