Champagne Forget-Brimont 1er Cru Rosé Half-Bottles

Notes - The Forget family has made Champagne in Ludes since the beginning of the 20th century. Since the mid 70s Michel Forget has developed his own company with vineyards (14ha) in Mailly, Verzenay (Grands Crus 100 %), Ludes and Chigny-les-Roses (Premiers Crus 94 %). The rosé colour in this wine comes from adding red Champagne wine to the reserve cuvée. It is a delicate blending and is harmonious and well balanced with exotic fruits, raspberries, almonds. Finish dominated by the flavour of apples. This Champagne is a wonderful accompaniment for red meats and fruit-based desserts. 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.
