Notes - G'Vine is the world's first ever ultra-premium batch distilled gin created from grape neutral spirit and flavoured with green grape flowers. It is a welcome departure from the traditional juniper-based old dry gins, representing the start of a new “gin-eration” that blends the style and complexity of an ultra-premium gin with the versatility of a world class vodka. The green grape flower, whose June blossom lasts only two weeks, is handpicked, gently macerated and distilled. Immeasurably smoother than gin’s traditional grain spirit, Ugni Blanc grape spirit is infused and distilled in small batches with nine select botanicals, chosen for their purity and aroma: ginger root, licorice, green cardamom, cassia bark, coriander, juniper berries, cubeb berries, nutmeg and lime. The resulting vine flowers infusion and botanicals distillates are blended together with Ugni Blanc neutral spirit and then delicately copper-pot distilled a fifth and last time for a unique marriage of tastes. lending a subtle aroma and a lingering finish that softens the traditional juniper taste.
