Notes - Chestnuts, also used in confectionery for the famous “marrons glacés”, are an authentic Autumn fruit. The Crème de Châtaigne has a full smooth sweet flavour reminiscent of roast chestnuts. Serve it on ice cream (vanilla or chestnut) or on melon or as a digestif.
