Wine information: Henri de Querville Calvados is made in the Pay d'Auge area by Calvados La Ribaude at the Distillerie de Houley. Henri de Querville is aged for a minimum of 2 years in oak barrels. It has clean aromas of fresh apples with just a touch of oak. The palate has more fruity, fresh apple flavours sweetish finish with excellent balance and lengthy finish. Ideal for cocktails or for use in recipes, it retains its fresh appley flavours.
