Green Chartreuse (50cl)

Notes - No bar would be complete without a bottle of Chartreuse. With its bright green appearance and unususal taste it has developed something of a cult status amongst regular bar-goers. But it is, perhaps, its versatility that makes it so popular. Enjoyed straight as a shot, as a cocktail, long drink, or as a Green Chaud when served with hot chocolate, Chartreuse is perfect for any occasion making it a favourite with bartenders worldwide. Only three monks know the identity of the 130 plants, how to blend them and how  to distill them into this world famous liqueur. They are also the only ones who know which plants they have to macerate to produce the natural green and yellow colours. And they alone supervise the slow ageing in oak casks.
