Chatsfield Riesling

Notes - From vines first planted in 1976. Light straw colour, and a nose that promises citrus fruits. Lovely lemon/lime flavours, which seem to linger on the palate. The high acidity gives the wine a fresh appealing quality and contributes to its longevity. With age, these wines take on an additional buttery toast flavour, which gives the wine its complexity at five years plus.
