Notes - 100% Weissburgunder grapes, botrytis infected, the single vineyard Siebenmahd in the village of Apetlon. Bright yellow, golden colour with aromas of honey, butterscotch and candied orange peel make an immensely appealing wine. Intense, luscious flavours on the palate are balanced by a sherbet, lemon acidity and a very long finish. Try with Foie Gras, blue cheese or Creme Brulee.
