Paul Mas Rosé de Syrah

Notes - Paul Mas Rosé de Syrah is produced at The Domaines Paul Mas vineyard area which totals 80 hectares divided in 4 parts: Domaine de Nicole, Ile de Conas, Mas de la Bergerie and Château Paul Mas. The Syrah grapes to produce this wine come from the 3 first estates. Vineyard management today includes techniques such as grass seeding, high trellising and spur pruning, all of which are practised in order to get the best out of this “terroir”. In addition, environmentally-friendly viticultural practises – known as “agriculture raisonnée” - are followed in order to preserve the natural environment as much as possible. Intense cherry pink in colour, with a complex nose of cherry, toffee and floral aromas evolving toward soft candied fruit notes. The palate is rich and well balanced. Fruity character with a long balance. Best served with light dishes, grilled meat, salads, pasta and soft cheeses. Perfect as a summer wine.
