Notes - Pastis Janot was founded in 1928 by Alfred Maunier, it is situated at the foot of Le Garlaban Mountain in the heart of Provence. The Lou Garagai is a Pastis made to a very old recipe created by the founder of Janot. Made from a secret blend of many plants and herbs, it is much more complex than other more ordinary pastis.
