Bouvet Brut Rosé Excellence

Notes - Bouvet Rosé Excellence is made from 100% Cabernet selected exclusively from Anjou and Touraine AOC vineyards. The Rosé Excellence has an attractive salmon pink colour typical of Cabernet rosé. There are very fine bubbles and there is a red fruit nose (strawberry and redcurrant). On the palate there are blackcurrant and quince flavours. A distinguished wine, well-bred and with balanced tannins typical of Cabernet rosé with plenty of fruit and lingering flavour.
