Wine information:
This is the 2nd wine of Chateau Granins Grand Poujeaux and is a blend of 45% Merlot, 45 Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot source from some of the younger vines of this 12 hectare estate. The estate was founded by Mr Edouard Batailley and was originally called Chateau Peyrodon but was renamed Chateau Granins Grand Poujeaux after the acquisition of the nearby Chateau Tour Granins vineyards. It is a medium to light bodied wine aged in oak. Fruity and supple, it is ideal for immediate drinking.
