Tasting Notes - Colour - Very delicate pale green-gold. Bouquet - Fragrant aromas of fresh peach and melon. There is also some delicate butterscotch derived from the malolactic fermentation. Palate - A delicate palate with cool climate acidity dominating the finish, overall giving a dry balance and a fresh aftertaste. The tropical fruit flavours linger.
