Castello de Monesma Cabernet Sauvignon Crianza

Notes - 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot from the Monte Odina vineyards and made in their new winery and classified as D O Somontano. Aged separately in French and American oak casks for 9 months. Dark ruby with pale rim, intense aroma of jammy fruit with toasted notes, masses of ripe berry, damson fruit with underlying silky tannins, full and meaty, great intensity which is long and enduring on the finish. 14% Vol. Decanter - awarded 4 stars.
