Notes - Situated at St Martial Sur Né, in the heart of the Cognac region. The first alambic still was installed in November 1859 and there has been vinification and distillation on site since then. The Trijol is a golden colour with a very rich and aromatic palate with the typical rancio characteristics of aged Cognac. The nose is ver concentrated with hints of vanilla, licquorice and dried apricots. The palate is extremely smooth, soft and persistent.
