Wine information:
A contemporary wine, produced by the latest generation of the Torres family and the result of painstaking work with the Xarel.lo and Garnacha Blanca varieties. For more than 20 years, The Torres family has avoided using chemical pesticides and herbicides in its vineyards. Nerola, however, is the first wine scrupulously made with ecological agricultural methods, fruit of a love of nature and the determination to preserve the environment. It has pleasant citrus (tangerine) and fruity (apple and peach) aromas with hints of aniseed. Ageing in French oak contributes to its aromatic complexity which is expressed in delicate toasted, lactic and vanille notes. On the palate it is long, dense and smooth, with pleasing fruity freshness.
