Vina Estampa Syrah Reserve

Wine information: Vina Estampa is a premium Chilean wine producer and pioneer and avant-gardist in the expression of the art of Assemblage, the art of combining two or more noble varieties so that each contributes its best characteristics to our wines. The estate’s vineyards in the Colchagua Valley were planted in 1997 and Vina Estampa has more than 400 hectares of vineyard divided among three properties, planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carménère and Syrah, which serve as the base for the assemblages. The vineyards also include blocks of Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Petite Sirah and Viognier to increase the character and complexity of the wines. Syrah 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Merlot 15%.

Tasting Notes: Vina Estampa Syrah Reserve is an intense dark red colout. The nose is highlighted by the presence of ripe black fruits, like blackberry, with notes of roasted coffee beans. Concentrated and smooth tannins are on the palate, highlighted with notes of blackberry marmalade and a toasted finish.
