Wine information: 100 % Chardonnay from the El Casar de La Guardia Estate. 20% fermented in oak casks and 80% in stainless steel tanks. Brilliant luminous and yellow straw colour. Clean palate of white fruit with notes of tropical fruit (pineapple). Fresh and round in the mouth with predominance of fresh fruit. Elegant barrel ageing lends notes of butter, honey and a light smokiness with a rich long off-dry finish.
