Notes - Blackberry red in colour. Generous blackberry characters with the warmth of mocha and cloves on the nose. Oak fermentation and maturation have enhanced the peppery and spicy characters of the wine, open fermentation have increased the fruit intensity and warm colours of the Shiraz. Rich mocha, plums, blackberry and pepper fill the palate. An earthy finish with
soft tannins gives the wine complexity. This medium bodied wine will complement garlic and olive oil of Italian cuisine or alternatively traditional roast beef. Drink now or leave to develop for up to 10 years.
