Bouvet Demi-Sec Carte Blanche

Notes - The Bouvet Ladubay Demi-Sec is a medium-dry style sparkling wine and is a Chenin Blanc / Chardonnay blend made in the traditional method. It has a bright yellow colour with green highlights, fruit dominated nose and fine and persistent bubbles. There are white flower aromas, honeysuckle, acacia. The palate is fine and floral with a certain subtlety and a very elegant finish.
