Wine information: Les Domaniers Blanc from Domaine Ott is a 90% Sémillon and 10% Ugni Blanc blend. Les Domaniers wines are made using traditional vinification methods and are always estate-bottled. Les Domaniers Blanc has a brilliant, straw-yellow colour. The nose has aromas of intense white flowers and nutty notes. The palate has a deliciously fresh attack with notes of exotic fruits, honey and hay. A very well structured wine with a lively, crisp finish. An aperitif wine par excellence, Domaniers blanc can also be served with fish, cheese or spicy cuisine.
