Notes - This is southern Burgundy's most famous wine, named for the villages of Pouilly and Fuissé. Fruit from over 40 family estates, from whom Jadot have bought their grapes for many decades, make a wine of great complexity. This wine has emerald-gold tones which reflect a wine of finesse and distinction. The palate is harmonious, fresh and full of flavours such as toasted almonds, grapefruit and lemon. It can be drunk young but will develop a superb complex bouquet over 3-4 years ageing. Serve chilled with shellfish, fish, white meats in cream sauces and poultry dishes.
