Anakena Single Vineyard Pinot Noir

Notes - Old schoolfriends Felipe Ibáñez and Jorge Gutiérrez founded Viña Anakena in the Rapel Valley at the foot of the Andes Mountains in the late 1990s. The Anakena Single Vineyard Pinot Noir is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months. Cherry red in colour with elegant aromas, ripe strawberry and wild cherry flavours. A subtle touch of oak enhances this soft and delicate Pinot Noir. Delicious with red and white meats, seafood, salmon and pasta. Can be served slightly chilled for maximum enjoyment.
