Notes - Pale yellow straw colour with a tinge of green The nose has a lifted, floral aromatic bouquet, with bright fresh fruits such as gooseberry, pineapple, rock melon, and kiwi fruit evident. Medium bodied with ripe lush tropical fruits balanced by savoury notes and a fresh crisp acid spine providing a tight, structured palate. The finish is delicate and lingering. Try with spring vegetable and seafood stir-fry; shellfish, freshly shucked oysters, antipasto, asparagus with prosciutto and shaved Parmesan.
