Notes - Situated at St Martial Sur Né, in the heart of the Cognac region. The first alambic still was installed in November 1859 and there has been vinification and distillation on site since then. The Trijol Reserve is a subtle Cognac, topaz in colour with golden hints. There aromas of rancio and sweetness and a very lenghty finish - the paerfect match to a good Cuban Cigar.
