Orlando Carrington Vintage Brut

Notes - Since first launched in 1980, the Carrington range has proven to be one of Australia's most popular sparkling wine brands. This is made from the classic sparkling blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes. Carrington Vintage brut is a very pale straw with vibrant green tints, a fine gas bead and persistent mousse. The nose is delicate, fresh lemon citrus aromas enhanced with an appealing yeast background. The palate is soft, elegant, lemony flavours with generous length and a crisp acid finish. Carrington Vintage Brut is fresh in flavour with subtle yeast, this wine is an ideal aperitif style for pre-dinner enjoyment and light nouveau dishes.
