Tasting Notes - Inky purple in colour The nose exhibits cloves / spice with hints of violets and vanillin oak. The palate is balanced with rich spice/cloves fruit, firm integrated tannins and sweet vanillin oak. This is a full bodied style with lashings of fruit flavour. Try with rich meat dishes such as roasted pork with baby onions or rack of lamb with roasted vegetables.
