Doorley's XO Rum

Notes - Founded in the 1920s by Martin Doorly, the company was taken over by R L Seale in 1992/3. There are five Doorly’s brands sold in Barbados – most with the Macaw as the symbol on the label. Doorly's XO is a blend of six to twelve year old Barbadian rums. The last maturation is conducted in Oloroso Sherry Oak Casks. "This superior spirit is crafted in Barbados by RL Seale & Co.. The rum is a blend of barrel-aged spirits that undergo a second maturation in Spanish Oloroso Sherry Casks. This special aging process makes Doorly’s XO a rare treat.
