Notes - Jameson Redbreast is matured for a minimum of 12 years in Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon casks. Pale golden in colour a complex, spicy nose, slightly oily aroma, with toasted wood notes. The palate is strongly flavoured and assertive, a blend of spicy, oily, sherry and toasted notes. Satisfying long, complex flavours lingering on the palate.
