Notes - Situated at St Martial Sur Né, in the heart of the Cognac region. The first alambic still was installed in November 1859 and there has been vinification and distillation on site since then. A full-bodied, yet delicate, cognac, powerful and fine. Behind the topaz colour with its flashes of gold, it offers a remarkable aromatic richness with hints of liquorice, rancio and touches of vanilla, lingering with an extraordinary length on the palate to a very smooth, soft finish.
