Wyndham Estate Bin 222 Chardonnay

Notes - The Wyndham Estate Bin 2222 is a vibrant green straw colour. On the nose ripe peach and melon aromas combine with subtle malolactic derived butterscotch characters. In conjunction with well-integrated spicy vanillan oak, this creates a multilayered wine of great complexity. Intense ripe peach and preserved lemon fruits flood the palate, while a creamy soft texture with balanced acidity ensures length and persistence. The fleshy rich fruit and subtle oak nuances persist. This wine is ideal for current enjoyment or short to medium term cellaring. This is a versatile wine that will complement a variety of chicken and seafood dishes.
