Wine information: Antica Formula is a red fine vermouth made from an original recipe by Antonio Benedetto Carpano dating from 1786. After experimenting various , different tests, he succeeded in creating the incomparable time-honoured recipe. Formula is produced in limited quantity with wise craftmanship, and edited in precious numbered bottles of blown glass, topped with a cork. The label is a faithful replica of the 1786 original one. Antica Formula’s flavor profile, subtle, delicious with unique vanilla notes, is the result of Branca’s love and skills to preserve its unequalled and exclusive products. Food & Spirit match: Try in an Americano - 1/3 of Antica Formula; 1/3 of bitters (Aperol or Campari) and 1/3 of club soda; Fill a tumbler with ice cubes and stir. Pour Antica Formula and Bitter. Top off with club soda and mix. Garnish with a slice of orange. Serve  immediately.
