Notes - Chile's dry and disease-free climate is a paradise for winemaking. Out of great respect for nature, the De Martino family has created wines under the most organic and honest circumstances. The grapes used are organically grown in their own "Isla de Maipo" estate. For vinification, they have used only the grapes' "own yeasts" during fermentation and a minimum of sulphur. A wine the way nature intended. These organic wines are fully certified by "BCS Öko-Garantie GMBH (Germany). Bright yellow in colour with hints of green. On the nose this Sauvignon Blanc is elegant and expressive, showing clean grassy, citric and white peaches notes. On the palate has a crisp texture and nice balance, again the fruit is everywhere in the mouth, with vibrant acidity that refreshes the wine. Surprisingly long finish.
