De Martino Legado Chardonnay Reserva

Notes - The Legado Reserva wines come from the family's own estate in the Maipo Valley. Produced from grapes carefully selected and hand-picked, these wines have good colour, individual personality, great structure, and are concentrated and fruity, expressively representative of each variety. This 100% Chardonnay was aged in French and American oak barrels. It is bright yellow, with tints of green. The nose is intense, fresh and fruity, with notes of pineapple, tropical fruit and a little touch of vanilla. Palate - great volume and well balanced, with excellent combination between fruit and oak, this adds more complexity and elegance to the wine. Very good, complex and long finish. Serve between 10-12°C. Try with with lobster, trout, salmon, crab, cheeses such as gruyere, pasta dishes with creamy sauces, and with all kinds of poultry.
