Notes - Traditional fermentation followed by 18 months in oak barrels. Côte de Beaune-Villages applies exclusively to the red wine vineyards of 16 communes in the Côte de Beaune including Dezizes-Les-Maranges, Saint-Aubin and Auxey-Duresses. Maison Latour carefully selects wines that should present all the qualities of a basic Burgundy but in addition, greater character, intensity of flavour and consistency on the palate is evident.
