Notes - The Forget family has made Champagne in Ludes since the beginning of the 20th century. Since the mid 70s Michel Forget has developed his own company with vineyards (14ha) in Mailly, Verzenay (Grands Crus 100 %), Ludes and Chigny-les-Roses (Premiers Crus 94 %). A exceptional Champagne for exceptional events! This Cuvée is a blending of Têtes de Cuvée which have been kept in Champagne Forget-Brimont's cellars for over 5 years. A rich and subtle Champagne appreciated by true Champagne connoisseurs. Complex nose, dominance of fruit compote and mushrooms. Elegant and racy. Brioche, roasted bread, dried fruits and nougatine. Perfect balance, finesse and length. 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir.
