Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon

Notes - Clear, intense ruby red. A delicious amalgam of eucalyptus leaf, wild berry, chocolate and mocha, tempered by soft oak vanillins on the nose. Elegant in body but generous in flavour, it makes good drinking while young but can be enjoyed for at least seven years. An ideal partner to robust dishes from pâtés to steaks, as well as full-bodied dishes such as beef stroganoff, winter stews, roasts and mature cheeses.
