Like a Corton Charlemagne / Grand Cru, the Gaisböhl starts to show all its class after 4 - 6 years and will stay on this plateau of maturity for at least 15 years. Try with rich fish and poultry dishes with intense flavors. Experiment with curry, saffron or even black truffles and get the ultimate food and wine match.
